Modernisation
Cooper & Westgate have recently purchased four new properties in Malton. Our goals are to start developing and modernising them and the surrounding area essentially returning these houses back to the local community. Empty homes are a national problem. They encourage vandalism, social issues and degradation, as well as providing an eyesore for surrounding residents and communities.
Portakabin
Cooper & Westgate have recently completed ground works for Portacabin in Catterick for a modular building to be placed. These buildings will be utilised as classrooms while renovation works take place on the school giving teachers and pupils a comfortable place to learn.
New Builds
Cooper & Westgate have recently completed 3 New Builds at Vine Street, Norton as well another 4 refurbishments in the surrounding area.
